If you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that returns have a processing time of up to 14 business days from receipt at our returns facility. This may be longer at peak times. All items must be confirmed as received back in a fully unused and re-saleable condition before we can process your return (unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with the original returns tags attached).
Please note that the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order to the shipping address is non-refundable.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. All items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please note that our gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Clearance items are exchange only.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
• Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods.
• Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods
• Normal wear is not considered a defect.
Damaged or defective items may be returned at any time. If your order has a fault please email us at email@example.com. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us.
Money will only be refunded once we have received the item. Items received that are not in perfect condition, will be returned to you at your cost.
We will be in touch as soon as we receive your return so please do not worry. Once your return has been scanned and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested.
