How to Return/Exchange your item in the UK

We're sorry to hear your order wasn't right this time. We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable and are happy to help you with an exchange or refund, within 30 days of receipt of order. To return your items to us, please complete the following steps:

For UK returns:

1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email securely. To save on waste you can reuse the mailer bag your items arrived in (or another box if you prefer). Any items returned to us must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition with the original returns labels attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.

2. Ship the package to us.

We currently offer a returns and exchange service with DPD. This is tracked and costs £5.00 in the UK. This is a link for more information on returning your purchase via DPD https://returns.dpd.co.uk/peachylean/GB/home 

We ask that all returns are sent through DPD as they are tracked. We are not responsible for return items until we are in receipt of the goods. Peachylean cannot refund or exchange items that have gone missing in the post using a non-tracked returns method, therefore we strongly advise using a tracked method of shipping so you can locate your return whilst in transit.
