Have you ever been to the gym and noticed that more heads were turning in your direction than usual? You take a look into the mirror thinking, "Wow all this hard work must be paying off!" until you suddenly take a quick look again at your behind and realise its on show to the world, oops...

Working out is hard enough without the embarrassment of showing your lady bits to the world.. and let's be honest, there are times where we could have probably squatted lower or pushed harder but the fear of your bum being on show is just too much!!
So after buying and trying various brands that didn't pass my deep squat test, I decided to do something about it and come up with better options for me and the girls at my gym that didn't cost a fortune.

I also enjoy wearing colourful funky leggings. I am a new mammy so the gym is my me time and has quickly become my haven and sanctuary for that one hour of day to just get back to feeling like myself.
