I will put up a video soon regarding sizing as id like to show you visually how our material fits.  I always reccomend one size smaller than what you"d usually wear.  XS - 6, 8 and 10 ( if you train weights, HIIT, Runner )  S - 10,12, small 14 in HIGH WAIST M - 14, 16 L - 16,18   XL-18,20 COMING SOON  Length in legs in 32.
